The Blacklist Season 3 ruins Elizabeth Keen. Oh well I still enjoyed it.

I'm not sure I'm satisfied with that as an ending for Mr. Robot. It was all just one big setup for next season. And kind of a bad one. Because, for a lot of this, I know what is going to happen. You just didn't show it to me yet. That building is going to come down. Elliot is going to live. Mrs. Evil will try to get Tyrell off -- and that probably won't work, at least not initially. So, lets have an episode thirteen where that actually happens.

Highly recommend Channel Zero: Candle Cove on SyFy

Never thought a show based on a creepypasta could be this good

(Wait, Max Landis is a producer? Never would've guessed)

I'm surprised that The Good Place is actually a funny and engaging show. The entire cast is terrific at this point, I'm interested in seeing how long NBC will keep this on the air.

Why? Filehosts are more reliable and fast. That's why I use tu/yourserie. Since they rarely nab you for filehosts and nab you for torrents more.

Marling/Baj is hit and miss for me but I'm halfway through The OA it's kind of freakin amazing. When these two are on they remind me a bit of Almereyda.

I really liked The Sound of My Voice (?). Whatever it's called, the cult one.

Post Re: The Television Thread

I've recently come to the conclusion that Family Guy would be generally better regarded today if Fox hadn't cancelled it temporarily, and had just allowed it to run its course until the present; not that that would've fixed every problem the show's had historically, or improve the weaker recent seasons, but, like a certain other adult animated sitcom out there, FG hadn't yet 100% found its individual voice as a show during its first 3 seasons, but you can still see it steadily getting better and better throughout that first era, but it got canned before it had officially reached its "golden age" as a series... and then when it returned, it was like any other show that was past its prime. Seth & Co. acted like nothing had happened, and doubled down on their worst tendencies (the pointless, gratuitous cutaways, the bad taste for the sake of bad taste gags, the general "fuck you" moral attitude) because they thought all of that was what kept the show alive in syndication, instead of their genuinely funny, clever, guilty pleasure material.

It was like the show had creatively fastforwarded 3 years like it had been on the whole time and they had already used all of their best material, except that isn't what happened! It's like if that other animated sitcom had been cancelled after its 3rd season, and had come back a couple years later, but instead of getting their normal Season 4 episodes, we instead started getting the Season 10 eps, and then just proceeded on normally from there. I mean, FG was never as good, and was going to get as good as that certain other show, but I would still be interested in peering into an alternate dimension where those 3 "what if" seasons were never lost forever to the ages, and we could see the show really live up to its full potential, y'know?

I've heard NOT Here but from other places that it starts out strong and sort of fizzles out at the end. And by strong Ep1 is good and everything else is kinda....eh?

I enjoyed it, though, yes, the premier is probably it's best episode. It's worthwhile start to finish, however, and makes some really good points about the justice system.

Me too, definitely the best one. I didn't care for The East and hated Another Earth. Now that I've finished the OA i'd say there is a drop in quality after the first 3-4 episodes. 5-8 kinda weak.

The Night Of was the best thing i saw in 2016 i think but don't trust me I loved True Detective S2 :rotten:

The finale of True Detective S2 was a fantastic episode of television. If only they could have paced the whole season that way.

The "Wiz"-inspired season premiere of It's Always Sunny was pretty ambitious and entertaining premiere, but still a little too scattershot with the basic concept at the same time.
