I mean, I guess I knew what I was going to be getting, but Evil's not really on board with gurus and sacred women and shit you know. If it was Liam Neeson teaching him how to use a sword, and fight ninjas while on PCP, that would be one thing.

First it had super delayed acceleration half the time I started it up. So I took it to the mechanic, several times. He fixed it very temporarily each time. Last time he basically said "I don't know. Something weird. Maybe go to the dealership maybe."
Then, new problem. It's stuck in sports mode, which isn't terrible. Then mid drive, that problem disappears and it goes back to the delayed acceleration.

I noticed first hand that the film operates on Man of Steel flashback logic, because this is secretly Man of Steel's counterpart leading up to Bman v Sman. All of the character development is handled through flashback and it's like playing Metroid where he starts off with no powers and each time a flash back happens he immediately utilizes what he learned in context of the story, such as when he was training kung fu with his brother (most telegraphed plot twist ever?). Also, there is a very specific point in the movie where Ben Afflec is all of a sudden self-aware and...

Anna Kendrick played "Girlfriend" again, well, love interest, but oh my God Anna Kendrick get it together

Evil, what's your game here. Why you julesing

All of that is fairly spot on.
Oh and his fight with Jon Bernthal is great. The twist was easy to figure out.

I liked Doctor Strange. I have no idea if it would hold up to a rewatch. Thor 3 looks almost too good to be true.

Doc Strange was a fine enough time-killer in theaters, but the effect of it was kind of wispy as soon as it was over, and I don't find myself thinking about it all that often anymore, but, even though I'm not the world's biggest MCU fan, I'll still go see Ragnarok if the buzz is good enough on its release. Heck, the DCEU has done pretty horribly so far, and I still wanna see Wonder Woman with all the strong reactions it's currently getting.

Wonder Woman looks quite good. Then again I have been kind of soft on the DCU. I think we can all agree that Suicide Squad was really awful.

I call it a reverse Captain America in the sense that it reminds me a lot about the movie and follows a bit of the same plot structure. I enjoyed it a lot. 8/10 from me.

Besides, what even is wonderwonam? That 93 isn't doing a lick for me, evil, and incubus, even at the height of my fandom, was always like... 20:80 on the quality to shit ratio. We're talking Morning View, S.C.I.E.N.C.E, Megalomaniac the song, and the Halo 3 soundtrack

I have not heard that one, yet. Just Morning View and Make Yourself. And a few other singles.
