Four episodes of the first season or four of the second? Those are very different beasts.

It's strange that Lakeith Stanfield and Caleb Landry Jones have been in two 2017 movies together without ever having been on screen at the same time. I call a cop comedy in the making.

I was talking about season 2, does it get good? I enjoyed season 1 mostly because of Killgrave

The season as a whole is as steep a drop from S1 as Iron Fist was from average Marvel stuff. Which is to say, by comparison it is bad. If Kilgrave was the main draw for you, you'll absolutely hate it.

Aside from "best star wars ever", "worse star wars ever", and "casino planet", I know nothing about this movie. Kind of impressive for a second entry in a star wars trilogy that there is literally nothing worth spoiling :shifty:... how subversive

To be clear, I didn't "call you" Max Landis. I implied that you were flirting with maximum Landis with your maximally calculated youtuber set design.

I agree that we're all likely to serve as Max Landis for at least a portion of our futures. On the bright side, getting away will sexual assault will be a lot easier (apparently). And, my god, the Steves.

But I don't want lost in the insinuations and slander the fact that I actually fully sympathize with those who are facing the prospect of our contemporary media environment turning everyone, including our most intimate selves, into a parade of children that John Landis managed to not decapitate in the 80s.

in other words that's where all of the Twitch trolls go when they get banned, like 4chan and 9gag. Only the lowest common denominator of humanity uses Youtube streaming

Nameless, now here's a dilemma, a real classic moral dilemma.

Buy a Nintendo Switch, or buy a youtube-ready mic and camera tripod.

The Switch is very very good but it's not an essential buy at this point. I'd say it is safe to wait for it's online service to get fleshed out in September. Breath of the Wild and Mario Odyssey aren't going anywhere.

Yeah, I certainly went with streaming equipment first before buying some big video game thing. I need an elgato game capturing device for my HDMI consoles

It's really bad, and the game marketplace sans Virtual Console is kinda lame, very Steam Lite (sooo many indie games). However, there is something about having games on the Switch, it's like owning a console and portable version at the same time and I've been finding that handheld feature to be a useful thing. Stardew Valley portable, like, that's worth double dipping on.

It's so weird they can't get a modern online system going. They can work magic on Zelda (DON'T RUIN THIS FOR ME) but they can't figure out a friend's list.

There's a friends list, and it does work without "friend codes". I got a friend invite from the Rocket League star, Rizzo

It's a thought but I've been thinking of selling my WiiU which includes Wind Waker HD, Twilight Princess HD, and Breath of the Wild for $400 ( plus a smattering other games and extras). I think it's a good deal because WiiUs are already reaching collectors prices due to being discontinued, and I paid a lot more for those games

Like, why should this be hard, I like stars, I like wars, I like Ryan Johnson, I like cultural diversity even if it's bordering on tokenism, and generally the consensus is split. I should want to have a hand in this fray, no? But here I am, and this is the single hardest thing I have ever had to come to a conclusion towards
