I wish I had an interesting desktop.

But I'm using Win7, and I have rotating images, so it would require posting all 30 images that shift amongst one another. And they're stock that come with Windows 7 anyway, so no biggie. But I certainly enjoy seeing what you folks have come up with.

My desktop hasn't changed in several years. It's the poster for Un Prophete from Cannes. When I find something that looks better, I'll replace it.

Once in a while I hunt up some free HD desktops on the web, but then I think about working them into what I already have and I get lazy.

If it is, he's too famous to hang out with us. I got quite a few results with reverse Google image search but none of the results had my answer. Or at least, in a language I could decipher.

Also, what do you play on steam, Snaps?

I don't play on steam really but I've downloaded a few games that for some reason require Steam to work, it starts automatically when I boot up

Steam is pretty standard these days, I've got about 50 or so games installed via steam, and about twice that owned at the moment. It's pretty convenient.

so you haven't cleaned it or dusted out the laptop chasis or the fan sucks, probably haven't defragged your hard drive in a long time and you probably have a fuckton of bloatware that's found its way on there?

Oh, and do you check the registry for broken files regularly?

It seems that basically the broken case blocked the airflow so the heat has flowed into the case itself and has been gradually cooking the hard drive.
I did clean it once, with a vacujum cleaner, which helped a lil bit.
