Probably! I bought the laptop about 4 months before the 7 launch and I could have sent it away to get upgraded for free, but I didn't.

Yeah. It's kinda fun to mess around with.

Yeah, unfortunately I needed a new laptop immediately. The old one is still alive somehow, with a fan that sounds like a lawnmower and no battery (and I mean that literally, if you unplug the power cord it turns off).

After downloading the programs provided by Miche' and playing with them for a while, this is how my desktop ended up:

I'm going to be parting with my Veronique baby in a bit, so I have decided to immortalize her here, as well as the fact that it's fucking cold.

That's why you should give it to them, because according to Tanovommere, Accutane causes heartburn.

Been using this for a little while. It's nice to just have a dark screen but then feel like it's not just plain blackness. All the better to have movies playing in the background with, my dear. Also, I'm *pretty sure* this intertitle is from one of Battleship Potemkin's more memorable scenes (more memorable at least to me... so yeah, no, not the incomparable Odessa Steps, but still).

Speaking of, I can't stand that WD SmartWare icon on my desktop. It's completely useless but I can't eliminate it while my passport drive is plugged in (which is like, 99.737% of the time).

I suppose it won't let you drag it to the bottom of the drive stack on the right. If you could, at least it wouldn't stick out like a sore icon.

For some reason it took me a moment to realize what you meant but I was reminded the reason I had the icon off to the left in the first place was because it blended in well with a prior wallpaper. Now it's back beneath the drive stack. I typically have windows covering it all up anyway, but y'know :P
