TRENCHCOAT, do you know if the Nick Fellowship sends out rejections? I haven't heard anything today, so I assume I beefed it, but I'm still clinging to hope.

It’s a reference to a joke from when The Simpsons was good 25 years ago.

As for horror movie premises, back when I lied to myself about being able to write my friend and I were working on a premise for a story that takes place after a slasher flick focusing on the survivors declining mental health in the aftermath.

It’s like they spent years letting the phrase ‘Git Gud’ seep into their membranes and decided to run full speed with it. No grinding to boost your stats, you wanna higher HP pool? Kill mini-bosses. Want stronger attacks? Kill main bosses. I’d rage quit because of the difficulty if the game wasn’t so gorgeously displayed and laid out.

Elden Ring is the FS/GOT Guy collab, right?

Since I don't eat meat, I end up making up a lot of variations on burritos since they're filling and easy. So burrito bowls, tacos, tostadas ect. My meal kit service thing has a lot of veggie bowls with sauteed veggies. Last night I made a veggie bowl with falafel on top but I made the falafel with peas. I eat of lot of quinoa.

I got an immersion circulator thinking meat would be its best used, but it turns out it's carrots. Carrots are the perfect sous vide food. Better consistency than sautéing and no loss of the natural sugar, like with blanching. I'm hoping this extra beta carotene will let me see through walls soon.

The show has always felt like a live-action cartoon to me, but it definitely got extra zany at times this season.
