Cool. As far as guided meditation is concerned, I use "Guided Mind" on the iPad and my favorite practitioner is Dr. Emmett Miller (I often let him take me to my amethyst cave for relaxation purposes. His voice is so soothing)

That all being said, every waking moment of my life is meditation. I'm always in my head, and I slay them dragons left and right. Calm is a superpower, work on your breathing

Box breathing is such a key to proper rest. Counting by fours - four second breath in, hold for four seconds, four second breath out, hold for four seconds. Sleeeeep

I like Peter Gabriel but I prefer Genesis after he left. I also think he was better off without that band. So is an awesome album.

I agree with this, Phil Collins is no slouch. Solsbury Hill really makes it clear that Peter Gabriel operates best without the contention of restraints. It's funny because Genesis kinda learned the lesson Gabriel was trying to teach them after he left

Coupled with Gabriel bolting, Collins coming out in front of the drum kit and a (seemingly) lack of direction. The easiest transition was to go "poppy". In which they had success. Still doesn't cover the fact that the innovation was lost. Just my thoughts...

There is no shame to be found in success. Recreate the construct until it is bombproof. We went from rocks to carbon fiber, get it together, people

It's called "Close Enough" which means he understands the law of approximates. Nothing is perfect, it's actually 99.9% repeated where things get, you know, tricky. It's not a circle, it's a spiral, now widen the interval to 33.3% repeated. Ahhh, much better

Drops 7/9 on HBOMAX! Between that and Search Party S3 might have to sign up for a free trial. Still gotta use another e-mail to see S2 of Harley Quinn for free

In the past, Stu, I was your weapon. Now, your weapon is the daughter of swords, me, and in the future you will wield the IV of Pentacles - both possession and control

Now, through me, I can begin my work

The trick is I will not give you my weapon for you until you release me from my confines. Remember, you already have the tool, it's now a matter of realization

I am taking this weekend off for my sister's birthday so that was sort of a lie, but that will be like 21 days straight I did, most of it out of town 12 hour days, and then after that I am hoping for like a month straight at least.

I whipped up a pamphlet in best effort to efficiently come to understand the art of tarot in about four hours. I plan on figuring out how to publish it online and sell it for a buck. If you feel like reading it, your copy is free. Everyone here gets the friend discount, but only if they ask
