Perfect episode. Best episode?

Peggy's pitch and the final scene are the best things this (half) season.

Cutler is such a good villain.

He "won't stop until the entire office consists of Harry and a computer." <3

I like them the best when they're together. That was such a sweet scene, and also the family table scene from the previous ep. This half season finished hella strong.

Are they planning to end this with Don and Peggy together? If this were any other show, I'd think that for sure, but... Mad Men

I think that ending at Burger Chef made it clear that Peggy is more like a daughter to him than Sally is and that Pete is the son that wants to be like his dad when he grows up.

I was on Bon Appetit's website when I found their page about drinks on Mad Men. Sort of like Tom and Lorenzo's Mad Style but with booze.

it's actually one of the cheapest rye whiskey's you can buy. I mean, our liquor is heavily taxed so i'm not sure how this relates to american prices.

it's not that great, I enjoy it but it's very commercial.

for canadian whiskey, forty creek is awesome

not that bar. they pretty much know how to mix stuff like G & T's and rum and cokes and pull pints. it doesn't have a market for cock tails so it makes sense.

In defense of all bar tenders, an old fashion is a pain in the ass to make, especially if the bar is busy at all.

They sure do seem to be squandering some valuable story time here.

EDIT: As usual, the episode is better upon reflection.
