Trevor-Kiddo's Descent into Cinematic Madness

Welcome all you wonderful beings with your vast cinematic knowledge overpowering that of myself and Kiddo. This here could be a really fun, exciting thread. We just need your help. Your contributions. Your comments. Your participation.

Who doesn't love a good mind-fuck? A philistine, that's who. Kiddo and I, we love the hell out of mindfuckery. Bizarre shit. Thinking outside the box. Unconventional. Non-linear. Incoherent. Weird. Lynchian. Kafkaesque. Whatever you want to call it. It's subjective - a strange film. So it's up to you folk out there to interpret your own meaning of what you think to be a strange film.

But we're not just interested in strange films. We want the strangest. That you know and have seen. Now, we'd appreciate it if said movie was good, but that's not a requirement. Recommend to us the most bizarre films you have ever seen. Please only recommend a few films, each. How about three, maximum. At least, until we've maybe seen those and want others.

If it's an obvious joke entry, it'll be ignored. If neither of us have seen it, we'll both check it out (at our own pace - we will not be doing this side-by-side) and give our thoughts. If one of us have seen it, the other can check it out. The one who's seen it can choose to re-watch or just recall opinions from memory. If both of us have seen it (meaning that really, this film isn't nearly strange enough for this thread), it'll likely be skipped over.

I have seen INLAND EMPIRE. Haven't seen the others. This thread just became an excuse to watch more Zulawski. Did I need one? Not really, but know I have one.

Tokyo Gore Police is about the weirdest movie I've seen. I don't know what that says about me.

I was thinking about downloading those 3 too...

Right now I'm redownloading another movie, but will get the others as soon as it finishes.

By the way I think 8½ Women is pretty terrible, so if you happen upon it before A Zed and Two Noughts do not be turned off. Also do not be turned off of The Cook, the Thief, His Wife, and Her Lover as it is only slightly bizarre but entirely incredible.

Pink Narcissus is great, yeah.
Also, someone try The Nude Vampire.
And of course...The Last Movie.

Sounds like a splendid time to me. I shall watch and wait.

And watch!

Martyrs (can you finish it? the wildest horror movie this decade)
Cannibal: The Musical (crazy-ass gory fun from the creators of South Park)
Splatter: Naked Blood (Asian woman making love to cactus, meet Trevor and Kiddo).
Five nails through the neck.

I would substitute the 'm' with a letter closer to... well, between 'a' and 'c'. I could only make it halfway, though, so maybe it gets mad.
